convenient maintenance. The up and down movement of the upper roll
is driven by the hydraulic cylinder at the top of the two ends.
Both ends of the upper roll can be raised and lowered separately,
which is very conducive to cone coiling.
The three rollers of the machine are driven by machinery and are
composed of cycloid reducer, motor and coupling to drive the work
roller to rotate. It can rotate forward and reverse to provide
power for sheet rolling. Through the arc formed by the three
tangent points of the three rollers in contact with the metal plate
and the linear speed difference between the large and small ends of
the working roller, the sector plate is bent, and the reduction and
inclination of the upper roller are adjusted to achieve the
required curvature radius of the conical workpiece.
