Automatic programming nesting software(STARCAM)
STARCAM drawing nesting software is composed of three
modules:drawing module(StarCAM),nesting module(StarNest)
and numerical control code simulation module(Starpolt).Each module
can run independently or change each other.Supporting
the nc programming of a variety of nc cutting controllers.Among
them:
The drawing module can complete the graphics drawing ,editing
,zooming ,copying ,array,rotation and other operations of
the cut parts；support the import editing and export operations of
other formats of CAD graphics files(such as :CAM ,DXF ,DWG ,IGES)
and support user libraries Management;also can optimize CAD
graphics.It can generate cutting paths and processing codes
requires for
CNC machining of parts.
The nesting module can complete batch nesting of multiple parts on
rectangular plates or residual materials.It supports short-line
continuous cutting ,commom edge and bridging technology,reduces the
number of perforations,improves the utilization rate of the
plate,which is fast and
efficient,also it supports manual nesting materail,matrix
nesting,interactive nesting and residual materail nesting and
quickly generated by the above two modules,and can run in a single
step and track step by step.It supports the editing and
modification of the nc code during the simulation process,which can
verify the correctness and rationality of the NC code and improve
production efficiency,also can estimate the processing cost.
